1. What is the RoodPlay SmartPlay Pro?

The RoodPlay SmartPlay Pro™ is a plug-and-play AI video box that upgrades your vehicle’s factory system to support wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and video streaming capabilities.


2. Will this work with my car?

This device works with most vehicles equipped with factory wired Apple CarPlay (typically 2016 and newer models).
If your car already has wired CarPlay, this device should be compatible.


3. Does it work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. The SmartPlay Pro™ supports:

  • iPhones (Apple CarPlay)

  • Android devices (Android Auto)


4. Is installation difficult?

No. Installation is simple:

  1. Plug the device into your car’s USB port

  2. Connect your phone via Bluetooth/WiFi

  3. Start using it instantly

No tools or technical experience required.


5. Does it support streaming apps?

Yes. The device supports popular streaming apps such as Netflix, YouTube, TikTok, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and more.


6. Do I need internet for streaming?

Yes. Streaming services require an internet connection. You can use:

  • Your phone’s hotspot

  • Built-in SIM (if supported by your device)


7. Is it wireless or does it require cables?

The SmartPlay Pro™ enables wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, so you no longer need to plug in your phone after setup.


8. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 3 business days

  • Shipping time: 7–14 business days


9. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at myroodplay@gmail.com.


10. Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.


11. Will this drain my car battery?

No. The device is designed to run efficiently through your vehicle’s system and should not significantly impact your battery under normal use.
